The 60-minute Jazzercise class, which offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements, has positively affected millions of people worldwide. At Jazzercise Spring Hill, we offer regular Jazzercise classes as well as low impact classes and Personal Touch, which is small-group strength training instruction.
